Hot water Seal vs Nickel Acetate Seal

Which of the two sealing methods (Hot Water or Nickel Acetate) would be the best for silk screen adhesion, and why? Any data proving this would be very helpful.

The best for adhesion would be no seal at all. Next best would be hot water.
