How to brighten galvanized finish on metal

Hi I have a Gleaner combine, which has a galvanized finish on the exterior. I guess over the years and its exposure to the elements it has tarnished or something. I am wondering how to clean, polish, or brighten the finish again. Thank You

Ask around whether it's galvanized or hot-dipped. Look again and try to guess whether it's oxidation-dulled zinc, or bare iron where zinc has been rubbed off. Anyway, electroplated zinc is usually too thin to be brightened up with acids.

Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
