Coating aluminum parts used in industrial equipment

To eliminate the need to coat (e.g. electroplating) cast-iron parts used in our industrial burners, we are looking to make them out of cast aluminum (ASTM B26/B26M) whenever possible (temperature is one of the limiting factors). Typically, these parts are in contact with an air stream that contains the following corrosion media:

- high humidity

- chlorine

- hydrochloric acids

Is there any type of coating process (e.g. anodize, powder coat, ...) that can prevent corrosion in these kinds of environments?

I am moderately sure that years ago the firm that I was working for, did High Phosphorous electroless nickel plating of cast iron burner parts for your company.
