Pure powder polyester coating

Dear sir,
We are facing this problem of fading of pure powder polyester coating done on different signage types. Could you please suggest the technical spec. and procedures required for the pure polyester coating? How can we retain the red and blue color pure polyester powder coating? How long will the pure polyester powder coating last in the external environment. What is the remedial measure for a faded product? Can the faded powder coated surface be again powder coated? Does the reprocessing harm the surface of the substrate on which the coating is done?

Did someone recommend a polyester for this environment? Most of the time a polyester/polyurethane TGIC is used for outside applications. Maybe you need to have a talk with your paint supplier and get his opinion.
