Electrical conductivity measurement of plated metals

How does one measure the electrical conductivity of electroplated metals? Is 4-point probe method used for silicon is suitable for metals?

It's suitable, provided the substrate beneath the plating is non-conducting, which of course is false for most electroplating. So it's a bit of a problem.
If you use an eddy-current probe, choosing the right frequency will reduce the amount of substrate conductivity included in the measurement, but then it's difficult to be accurate, and the exact thickness of the plating must be known by other means..
