Amount of fine gold needed to saturate 1 liter of potassium cyanide solution

I wish to make gold plating solutions and need to know how many grams of find gold is required to saturate 1 liter of potassium cyanide solution.

Dear Diane,

I would suggest as follows:
As long as you don't know what kind of gold bath you want to set up, and as long as you can't calculate the right amount on gold which you need, it should be even much better if you do not handle potassium cyanide solution.

Sorry about my direct answer, but that what you want to do expects a high amount of skill, knowledge and it can be very dangerous.

Best regards,

Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
