Diamond Coatings for cutting tools

Hi ,
I understand that diamond is coated on some carbides by CVD for using them as cutting tools. Is there any other method by which anyone can coat diamond?

Yes, diamonds can be slurried into a nickel plating solution and electroplated out as a composite nickel coating.
