Electrophoretic lacquer can withstand what temperature

We manufacture tri ply cookwares which has stainless steel inside has aluminum in between as sandwich and copper on outside, usually copper get tarnished due to atmospheric reaction does this electrophoretic lacquer will help us,i believe till the shelf life yes how about in use say on top of stove some of the items are not for top of stoves but they are put in dish washer how will this electrophoretic lacquer with stand in both the condition your suggestion and help will be highly appreciated.

Electrophoretic lacquer, say PU which is better will burn after 300 Centigrade.
Does this meet your criteria.?

It will be affected gradually by dishwater detergents over say 15 months or earlier.
