Is the low stress nickel being used in MIL-C-26074 Electroless plating?

We are using this MIL-C-26074 [⇦ this spec on DLA] to plate nickel over our aluminum part. We wonder if anyone know the type of nickel defined by this specification.

The MIL spec (or AMSC26074 ) does not specify or require a phosphorus content (or stress level) of its coatings. The coating could be low, middle or high phos.
