I need polishing for edges for st. steel flat wire after slitting

What is the best material for making fine polishing for the two edges for falt st. steel wire size 0.40mm x 4.00 mm after slitting.

If you have enough finished parts, you can try part on part tumbling. Slow rotation for a long period of time. You can try to add a liquid to control temperature and/or distortion, but you may also not need anything.Lastly, if you still need a smoother reflective finish with sharp edges, try some pretreated dry organic media.
