Etch titanium with plasma

Hi, I'm working on echting titanium with plasma and I search a process which use argon, hydrogen... gaz to reduce the oxides on titanium. Have you any solution to etch titanium by plasma process?

Yes, Argon is the best media for commercially pure titanium.
