WHAT SHOULD BE THE DISCARD PARAMETER OF BATH

WE ARE PICKLING STRIPS OF COPPER AND BRASS IN 10% SOLUTION OF sulfurIC ACID. THE DWELL TIME IS 5 TO 6 SECONDS. WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW AT WHAT LEVEL OF METAL CONTENT SHALL WE DISCARD THE ACID. AT PRESENT WE ARE DOING IT AT 30 GRAMS PER LITER. SECONDLY WHAT WOULD BE THE EFFECT OF USING HYDROGEN PEROXIDE IN THIS BATH. WHO IN THE WORLD IS MANUFACTURING STABILISED HYDROGEN PEROXIDE.

You are the only one who can determine when the bath must be replaced. No one else knows the condition of your parts before pickling and your requirements after pickling.

All commercial hydrogen peroxide is stabilized, and all hydrogen peroxide decomposes, but more slowly than if it were not stabilized.
