500 i.d. elbow to remove orange peel and seams

We are trying to do .500" elbows i.d. and we are having trouble removing the seams and orange peel. Does anybody know of a machine or a way to do this?

What is the material? Is organge peel appearance due to casting or a secondary operation?

If it is stainlees steel or steel it sounds like the 'peel' is the mill finish which can be removed either chemically or mechanically. Really need more info.
