Powder coating usage / coverage

I'm new using powder coating, someone could tell me what is the average usage of this coating system?

I know it depends of the thickness, But I want to have some idea according with thickneess the powder ends.

Formula for calculating theoritical coverage of powder coating: theoretical coverage=(192*(system efficiency)*(%solids,in case VOC is high; usually 100%))/((specific gravity, get this from the supplier or measure it yourself)*(average film thickness, practical or specified)) I know this is complicated. Let me know in case you need more clarifications!
