Pickling / Descaling of Cobalt Chrome

I am trying to remove burrs or leftover material after a cutting process. Initially, I was thinking of pickling bath with an acid blend solution. Does anyone have any experience and can recommend possible solutions to clean up my cutting edges on the material?

First of two simultaneous responses --

There are two ways of electropolishing cobalt alloy which will eliminate all burrs on he surface. You do not need to use hazardous etching process. Consult us if required help.

I think you will find electropolishing does a much better job than any sort of pickling. We deburr stainless by electropolishing regularly, and it will probably work on your alloy too. the only caveat is that the burrs not be to large.
