BAC5751 passivation Boeing

I have some pins made from 17-4 that have been heat treated. the requirement is to passivate per BAC5751. I know this is a descaling and cleaning process but exactly how is this done does anyone have the spec.

I think your first stop has to be the company you are carrying out the work for, thet should supply you with all the information you need. Alternatively contact Boeing directly, after all they are the end user, or I assume so.
