Loss of aluminum during anodizing

We outsource our aluminium sections for the process of anodising and powder coating and find that there is some loss in the weight of the material when it is received back. I would like to know if there is some prescribed standard which defines the acceptable loss in weight.

You shouldn't see any weight lost except if the anodizer has forgotten the part in the eching bath.
