H.E. testing methodologies, confidence in

does anyone have any experience performing the tests delineated in specification ASTM F326 [link by ed. to spec at TechStreet]-78? if yes, do you have a list of vendors which supply the requisite test probes, instrumentation, etc?

also, how does the results from this test correlate with the data acquired from the ASTM F519 [link by ed. to spec at TechStreet] -93 and QQ-P-416 [link by ed. to spec at Defense Logistics Agency, dla.mil] tests for embrittlement?
