ZnSO4 electrolytic plasma galvanizing bath

Dear Experts,

I am thankful to you all for responding to my previous queries. We are trying to galvanize steel parts by a electrolytic plasma process using ZnSO4 electrolyte. We have been told the deposition efficiency of the bath goes dramitically, if ZnSO4 bath is contaminated with Fe by formation of sulphates. I would like to know how much Fe (%) has adverse effect on deposition efficiency of ZnSO4 bath. If anybody know what additives are used to reduce/eliminate this problem, I would highly appreciate that.

Many Thanks for all the help.

With Best Regards
