A. Hi, Adam. The expression "curb welded" doesn't mean anything to me, I'm afraid. Can you tell me what that refers to? Thanks.

Q. Hi,
I am also interested in buying a 14K yellow gold chain (around 1.5 mm). Which is a better link: box or curb? Which will hold up better, hang better with a pendant, look sleeker (less busy), and have more shine?
I like box chains, but have had some in the past where the link opens up. Is this a common problem? Would it then be better to go with a curb link chain for use with a pendant?
Thanks in advance.
