Want to build a small zinc plating plant for steel pipes

I want to set up an small electroplating plant that will help me get a fine finish on steel pipes. The electroplating plant will be Zinc plating plant. Please I don't know how to go about this. Please I need advice . I read metallurgical engineering at Ahmadu BEllo university Zaria in nigeria. Thanks.
