What type of metal for walls and counters?

I want to put stainless steel or aluminum on counters and use also metal sheeting as wall covering in parts of the salon.Which metal would be the best for this use? What grade? And where could I get it in Toledo, OH area?

I would use stainless steel, it is perfect for countertops and commercial grade kitchens.
