Need G.E. F50TF1 aluminum coating, inorganically bonded finish

RFQ: HELLO FINISHING.COM:

I HAVE A PART WHICH NEEDS TO BE FINISHED WITH A GE AIRCRAFT ENGINES SPECIFICATION, NAMELY F50TF1, AND THE BLUE PRINT CALL OUT IS ALUMINUM COATING, INORGANICALLY BONDED. MY DILEMMA IS TO FIND A SOURCE WHO CAN APPLY OR SUPPLY THIS PROCESS. PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE ANY SOURCE INFORMATION APPRECIATED. OTHERWISE I WILL BE STUCK WITH MACHINED PART WITH NO PROCESSING.

THANK YOU.

Ed. note: Sorry, this RFQ is old & outdated, so contact info is no longer available. However, if you feel that something technical should be said in reply, please post it; no public commercial suggestions please ( huh? why?)

Q. HELLO SIR/MADAM;

I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO TELL ME THE ALTERNATIVE FINISHING PROCESS TO REPLACE ALUMINUM COATING COMPOSED OF ALUMINUM POWDER AND INORGANIC BINDER, WHICH COMPLIES WITH F50TF1, A GE AIRCRAFT SPECIFICATION BACK A CENTURY AGO. SINCE THIS SPEC IS OUTDATED I NEED AN ALTERNATIVE FINISHING. THIS FINISHING WILL BE APPLIED ON 51410 ALLOY, STEEL CASTING PER AMS5350 (BRACKET, GEAR BOX). THE SOLE APPLICATION OF THIS PROCESS SHALL BE TO PREVENT THE PART FROM CORROSION AND RESIST HIGH TEMPERATURE.

BEST REGARDS,

Joel W [returning]
