My 5-month old belt is rusted

OK I BOUGHT A NAME BELT FOR MY BIRTHDAY AND THAT WAS IN JUNE NOW HALF OF MY BELT IS RUSTED AND THE OTHER HALF IS NOT WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You should go to a busy counter in that store and ask "Where do I return defective merchandise?".

Unless you wore it swimming in salt water, or accidentally put it through the washing machine, or otherwise subjected it to abuse, the company should be absolutely mortified that they sold you a belt that rusted in 5 months of normal wear.
