Why there is color unevenness for Cr3 plating, usually black color? What contributes to the unevennness of color, process capability or chemical solution?

Electroplating is complicated, Mr. Choy. Any one of a hundred things out of control will cause defects, so I think your question is too vague to be answerable. But we'll see if anyone else has an idea.
