Where to check updated EN1811 nickel release standard?

I have heard from customer that European Union is considering to stricten the EN 1811 nickel release standard from <0.5ug/sq.cm/week to <0.2ug/sq.cm/week. May I know where could I check the news if it is true or not? Thank you very much for answering.
