Measurement of surface emissivity at high temperature

Dear all,

I want to know the cheapest and reasonably reliable method of measuring emissivity of a hot face brick used in a ceramic kiln, before and after I coat it with high emissivity coating, for a surface temperature range from 600 to 1200 °C.
