Want nikasil coating and nikasil bath

I need to know informations about what I would need, machineries, products, etc, to make nikasil coating and nikasil bath for two stroke and four stroke cilinders. If anyone has already a project which includes the stages and the costs of the machinerie and products required, and where to acquire them please inform me. I am really interested in investing in this sector.
