How do I refinish damaged aluminum wheels?

Can anyone explain the process of refinishing a spun aluminum wheel? I have a spun aluminum wheel damaged on the face and outer lip.

I AM LOOKING TO REFINISH MY SONS BOYDBILLET STEPSIDE WHEELS THEY HAVE OXIDIZED AND CORRODIDED FROM THE WEATHER HE IS CURRENTLY AWAY IN THE NAVY AND WE WANT TO FIX UP HIS CAR SO WHEN HE GETS HOME THIS SUMMER IT IS READY FOR HIM TO DRIVE SO IF YOU COULD PLEASE TELL US WHAT IS THE BEST WAY AND WHAT TO USE TO DO SO IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
