ABS pellets plus three coatings = success!
Need a jobshop to do the following:
1). Paint 1/2 barrel (27.5 gallons) of abs plastic pellets with nickel paint (such as GC Electronics Nickel Print) no bare spots. The rounder the pellets are the better, we have some from Hanna Resins that will work.
2). While the paint is still wet and sticky, the pellets need to drop onto a conveyor belt covered with 20 to 30 mesh A glass beads used in sandblasting, then receive a coating on top of the same glass beads, so the paint dries entirely covered with the glass beads. The paint must not be disturbed, that is, the glass beads as seen through a microscope should be either in the paint or free of paint.
3). After drying for a few minutes (or maybe a day to cure would be better), each beaded pellet needs one drop of an instant bonding adhesive.
That's it! Fred Beiholdfred beihold

If you find someone to do this job, let me know. I need someone to separate fly manure from black pepper. The only safety requirement is that the operator must wear boxing gloves:-)
It sounds like an interesting project, but I can't figure out how to get one drop of Crazy Glue® onto each pellet.?!
