Plating life problem--failing in Salt Spray

We are facing the plating Life Problem. The Plating Specification is as follows.- zinc + trivalent chromate clear , - coat thk : 4-5 microns thk - 48 hrs of salt spray test for white rust.

The Salt Spray test is Failing. I want Exact process To be followed with all setting parameters & details of Chemicals used. This is very important.

The specs you have listed are entirely possible indigenously, that is within India.. You need to connect with a qualified supplier / provider of Plating chemicals where these issues are resolved in an appropriate manner.
