There are a few commercial software that model current density on parts, some use only primary current densities, Algor software from Pittsburg, PA, other have primary and secondary current density, Uzi Landau at Case Western Univ, Cleveland, OH and Gary Giles for Oak Ridge Lab gave a paper at the AESF Nickel electroforming course in
