Teacher asks about making of reflective glass bead

I am a teacher at a community college and I am attempting to find out how reflective class bead is manufactured. Is it ground glass? Any link to manufacturing explanation would be appreciated as would any of your own expertise.

Thank you

the reflective glass bead is of course round.
as the refraction index is more than 1.5 ,so it can
reflect the light of source.if any more questions,
