Post treatment rinsing method for tin-lead plating

Hi,

I'm Process Engineer For a Semiconductor co. I just want to know more about post treatment rinsing for auto strip tin-lead plating machine. At my place we alway facing stain issue to our product. now we are using nozzle type rinsing for raw water than DI water lastly hot DI water. I hope someone can give me the best design for nozzle rinsing in strip to strip tin plating...
