Removing races of aluminum screens on the glass of windows

We have aluminum screen in windows and sliding doors. With time aluminum leaves some traces on the glasses of these.
Is thre a remedy or a technique to get rid of these alterations beside taking off the screen in winter ?

I understand from one of the many home fix up shows that to remove the lines left from aluminium screens on glass is to use oven cleaner
