Hello, Mr. Mali. I'm working with my computer here, and working with my website. I'm working with my coffee as I'm working with your question. Obviously, "working with" is vague terminology that interferes with us figuring out how to best assist you, but I think a good starting point for Environmental Engineers like yourselves would be Clarence Roy's "Operation and Maintenance of Surface Finishing Wastewater Treatment Systems" [affil. link to book on Amazon]. Good luck with your project.
