Need mirror finish on very thin plate

Q. We have received order for the insulation panel for a vessel, sheets used in the panel making is 0.1mm with no.8 finish as per Sa 480 (0.05 micron). I am not finding it in the market. Quantity required is 30 MT, width required is 1100 mm , it is ok to us if we get sheet or coils.

Point is we are not getting these sheets from vendor, but no one is giving mirror finish, market, please advice what method should I follow to do mirror finish after receipt of sheets at my place or shall I procure sheets with mirror finish.

Please advice.

A. That is THIN stuff! You are not going to be able to re-work anything that thin unless you try to flat roll it. Even then, it is questionable. You better look at other suppliers. Maybe foil manufacturers.
