Seeking anodizing dye supplier

A couple of quick questions here. We have set up a small anodizing station for the components we are manufacturing and have hit a few questions.

The original prototypes we did we had beadblasted to get a nice matte finish on the end product. Can this be achieved through aggressive etching?

Also - does anyone know of a anodizing dye supplier here in the UK?
