Problems in Electroless Nickel Process

Dear sir/madam,

I am working with the chemicals of Electroless Nickel & Immersion gold there are some problems in the process,

1.When I Add the Additives of electroless Nickel (964 RA & 964 RB of pmd chemicals) then result of Nickel appearance become dulness--there will be no shine.

2. After some production some time a black Shades appear which cause of shorts in circuit boards which cand not remove them.give me the answer as soon as possible. Thanks
