Deposition of Nanocomposite NiSiC Coatings




I am currently involved with research activities on electrodeposition of nanocomposite coatings particularly with Ni SiC coating.I am encountering a problem of frothing during coating using a current intensity of 100mA for a time of 3 hrs conc. of Watt's Electrolyte is 50 gpl subjected to magnetic stirring also the thickness of coating is not uniform..

I'm working on a project for my Ph.D and it's about producing NiSiC micro and nanopowder. Since I'm about to start the project, any initial information will help me very much.
