Stainless steel 304 electropolishing

I am trying to electro polish (mirror finish needed) stainless steel 304 using phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid. But the results are not very good. Can any one give me the recipe or some clues?

Thanks

Hi Gokul. It will probably be more productive if you tell us what surface finish you started with, what you ended up with, and in what exact way the results "are not very good". It takes at least a chapter in a text book to describe the necessary steps, precautions, formulas and set-up to achieve good results.

The Electroplating Engineering Handbook [on AbeBooks or eBay or Amazon] will give you good info. Good luck!
