I need a specification sheet for mil-c-5541 class 3

I have a customer that is specifying we coat 3003 H14 aluminum with a clear chromate per MIL-C-5541 class 3 for a filter application. However, my customer does not have a specification sheet that I can take to a coater for review. Could you please let me know where I might find a copy of this specification so we can review it with our coating suppliers? Thank you in advance for any assistance you can lend.
