Blister on EN plating on SG iron substrate
We have problems of blister formation and peel off on the electroless nickel coatings done on spheroidal iron (SG Iron) castings.

Here are some check points, hope you could consider some:
1. Poor degreasing - consider to control your solution by treated surface area. You could also include organic solvent type degreaser before you treat the items on your main degreaser.
2. Incomplete activation process.
3. Plating solution - try to slow down the plating speed of your plating solution.
Please give me details of your complete process I could try a lab scale if we have some materials here.
