Need roller for wet adhesion tape testing

I am having trouble locating a source for a roller for paint adhesion testing to various Aerospace primes. I need a 3.5 l x 1.75 dia. 4.5 lbs. roller with Surface hardness: 70-80 Shore A. A Canadian source would be preferable but at this point I am will to even go overseas.
