Off gassing on powder coated permanent mold aluminum parts

We are having problems with off gassing on our permanent aluminum molded powder coated parts. We have tried rotating the mold, changing the runner and gates but nothing seems to work. Can we pre-treat the parts? I look forward to your response.

This problem occurs on alloy wheels and can be overcome by pre-heating the aluminium (this drives the entrapped air out). Before the aluminium cools apply powder. (temp about 80 °C. Let me know if this works for you.
