Copper Oxidation Prevention: Promising Cool-Amp Search

Summary for copper oxidation prevention Discussion

Copper oxidation for high current use is the core issue here: H.Khambata asks for an anti-oxidation treatment that can be sprayed or easily applied to copper connections without reducing conductivity. The concern is that the parts oxidize quickly and must remain suitable for high-current service. The only answer in the thread comes from Tom Gallant, who suggests searching for "cool-amp" as a possible solution. No further product details, performance data, or application instructions are provided in the excerpt, so the discussion remains brief and tentative. The practical takeaway is that the thread points to a conductive anti-oxidation product search rather than a confirmed, fully explained coating recommendation.

Q. I have the problem of my copper finished product being getting oxidized. Can you suggest to me any solution for the same that will be conductive?

We are manufacturing Copper Connection, which oxidises very fast, we want a anti oxidation which we can easily apply / Spray & It should be conductive, (It should not affect the conductivity of copper). These components are being used in High Current application hence conductivity should not be affected.
