Pickling of steel

I am working in steel industries in pickling. I want to how to increase the line speed? Our actual line speed is 100 mpm but we are not getting that. We are pickling steel in push pull line with HCl .

I think your question is a little too vague, Mr. Zambad. Do you mean that the line is mechanically capable of running at 100 mpm but your chemistry has deteriorated to where you cannot achieve that anymore?
