Color Changing of Phosphate Bath

Dear Sir,

We are faced with a new problem in our line. We use di-cationic Zinc phosphate. We've worked with this line and same material about 2 years but suddenly, today, we have encountered with color changing of phosphating bath. However, this changing doesn't have any effect on phosphate coating aspect. Would you please to help us? What is the source of it?
