pH control in the SnPb and pure tin bath
Hi!
I am a plating engr and would like to understand further the effect of high or low pH in the electroplating bath for SnPb and Pure Tin process.

If the base of your bath is fluoborate, you should only control the concentration of fluoboric acid and pH control isn't necessary.
