Desperately seeking soft copy of NiDI document 9012 - Finishes for SS

Hi,

I'm searching for a soft copy (pdf) of the NiDI Finishes for stainless steel No 9012.

NiDI only have printed photocopies of this document left, but images quality is not so good. I'll be glad if someone who has downloaded this file (when it was still available) could forward it to me.
